He set up Mohit Paper Mills Limited in the year 1992.
 
Mr. Pradeep Kumar Rajput (DIN: 06685586) (Executive Director) is Whole Time Director of the Company, he joined the company in the year 2017. He is graduate and having rich experience in administration and plant manufacturing process.

 
Mrs. Anju Jain (DIN: 00459540) (Non-Executive Director) is Director of the company. She is also associated with the company from incorporation of the company. She is Post Graduate and having expertise in Economics and Administration. She has vital experience in financial management.
 
Mrs. Shubhi Jain (DIN: 06685602) (Non-Executive Director) is Director of the company. She is also associated with the company since 2013. She is Graduate and having expertise in technical and administrative control.

 Mr. Mohit Jain (DIN: 07203009) (Non-Executive Director) is Director of the company. He is associated with the Company more than 10 years. He has very rich experience of marketing and before appointment held the designation as GM Marketing. 
 On the recommendation  of Nomination and Remuneration committee the Board appointed Mr. Mohit Jain as Non- Executive Director and    designated as Director of Marketing.
 
Mr. Sourabh Mathur (DIN: 08354589) (Non-Executive Independent Director) is director of the company and joined the company in the year 2019 as independent director of the company. He is graduate and having technically expert.

Mr. Rakesh Juyal (DIN: 09698162) (Non-Executive Independent Director) is director of the Company and joined the company in the year 2022 as independent director of the Company. He is graduate from BHU.

Mrs. Sakshi Jain (DIN: 10564854) (Non-Executive Independent Director) is director of the company and joined the company in the year 2024 as independent director of the company. She is B-Tech from Prestigious college with vast experience in Business administration  and information Technology.

Mr. Satya Prakash (DIN: 10564516) (Non-Executive Independent Director) is director of the company and joined the company in the year 2024 as independent director of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience in Business administration, marketing, operations and risk management.

Mrs. Shubhi Jain (DIN:10564596) ) (Non-Executive Independent Director) is director of the company and joined the company in the year 2024 as independent director of the company.  She is B-Tech and MBA from prestigious college with deep knowledge and expertise in General management, Business Management & Operations and Risk Management.
